We are so happy to have found Muddy Paws for our dog, Ruby! From the moment I enquired, I could tell this would be the right care for our puppy. The lovely Liv came for an initial home visit to meet Ruby and talk about her needs and we just knew that she would look after Ruby like her own! We have total peace of mind while Ruby is with Liv that she will be safe and have a great time! Nothing is too much trouble for Liv, it's easy to book, she has given us helpful feedback and advice and she settles Ruby back in after her walk, seeing if she needs the toilet again or towel drying. For extra reassurance it's so nice to see the photos and videos of Ruby having fun with her friends too! Can never thank you enough for the incredible service and care you give our girl!

From our first meeting we were very impressed with Vicky; her in-depth knowledge of canine behaviour and psychology is impressive and she immediately bonded with our dog. Our dog is a very challenging adult male Dobermann; she instantly knew how to make our nervous boy feel comfortable and took the time to gently introduce herself. Likewise, she gradually and patiently introduced him to her car, ensuring that he was confident in this unfamiliar environment. Since getting to know our dog better, Vicky has been keen to take him to new places and expose him to new experiences, he always returns well-exercised and tired from his fun-filled walk. Vicky is trustworthy, reliable and professional, we wouldn’t entrust our boy to anyone; Vicky gained our full trust instantly…..she’s an absolute star!

Emma is absolutely amazing! We left our 6 month pup, Maverick for the first time for 2 nights. We were nervous about how he would get on, but after staying with Emma he didn’t want to come home! We could not recommend her enough, the icing on the cake was having a surprise paw print made by Maverick. It’s these little details that just prove how passionate Emma is about her job. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Well guys if you are looking for a dog walker/pet sitter etc, you will not go wrong with the girls from muddy paws, they don't do this as a job they do it as animal lovers. My little furbaby Hunnie absolutely loves her walks with Emma Mac, she really cares about Hunnie every bit as I do. You can tell how happy your furbaby is when they run to the door to greet your walker and can't wait to go and then on the return they are full of beans and actually gives their friend kisses and hugs before they go home.

Emma helped me at a very difficult time in my life. I had a nervous rescue dog and was dealing with the terminal illness of a close family member. I really feel she saved my sanity with her sympathy, wise words and calm support. She reduced my anxiety and was proactive in helping with rehoming. 'I can't thank Michelle enough for the support and understanding she showed when I talked to her after losing my beloved cat. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it quickly felt like talking to a friend who knew exactly what you were going through. Her warmth and friendliness were just what I needed, and apart from the vital emotional support there were practical tips too, very thoughtful and very useful. It was so good to know that she was there, and to feel able to express myself honestly (plenty of tears, and also some laughter). It made such a difference to me.'

Our dog Rufus recently stayed with Michelle and he had a great time. His holiday was better than ours! It was so lovely to be able to go away and not worry about him. You can tell that Michelle really loves animals and treats them like her own pets. I have already booked him in again for our next holiday.

We immediately felt at ease at our taster session and during her first one week stay.
Liv sent us photos and videos and kept us updated. She even hired an enclosed field so our pup could have a run off lead!

My two fretful re-joined girls have just returned from a stay with the lovely Emma. I can honestly say she is amazing!!!!! They obviously felt relaxed and so at ease…Emma sent me messages all day and lots of beautiful pictures to keep (an excellent photographer as well!). This made our trip a relaxing and worry free one (which I wasn’t expecting). I want to thank her with all my heart for looking after them so well. I will be recommending her far and wide!!!!! I won’t hesitate to let them stay again when needed.
